My message to the world has been received by you! YES!

 

I see problems that we all face as free citizens in the United States and around the world.

 

My Mission is to unite ALL PEOPLE OF GOOD FAITH who have love for women and children who want to make a change to protect them from violence in schools, and all public and private spaces.

 

I am but a stranger to you: I have a plan to make Heaven on Earth a reality.

 

I have a plan for World Peace on Earth by July 4th, 2026.

 

I have started a non-violent movement of our citizens called the Revolution of Change for kids and Women. It is named R.O.C.K. ON!

 

I am working on an in initiative called YES! Youth Emergency Services.

 

Yes! is designed to address every child’s current situation and create a custom plan for them to succeed in accomplishing their dreams.

 

I believe in the No Woman No Cry philosophy. The only tears that I want to see from women are tears of joy from celebrating the lives of their children.

 

I am leading a mission to root out evil across the world, starting here in my community and I am asking for your help!

 

We cannot realize Heaven on Earth, World Peace, an end to school violence, or any other great change until we all understand that our kid's safety is our most important common goal.

 

I am starting the mission at hand by working at the local level with my family, friends and neighbors to stop school shootings and violence in the schools in Paulding and Cobb Counties, Georgia.

 

I am introducing a plan to them and to you that we can develop together in ALL of our communities, immediately, and simultaneously- to protect our children.

 

This plan can be modeled at every school in Georgia and then around the country (and the world).

 

It is Okay if you do not live here. This affects everyone everywhere, and Georgia is a great place to start the program.

 

Georgia history is full of first-time events known for upholding freedoms in America. (See link).

 

Georgia is a trend setter throughout history. We have the busiest airport in the nation. George Carver Washington State Park, on Lake Alatoona, was the first national park to allow black citizens to visit to be able to enjoy the beach and to swim and water ski for the first time in American history. Black people could finally enjoy the same beautiful natural amenities like white citizens always could.

 

This is heavy. (See link). I realize this. My intention is not to scare you away. It is to bring us together.

 

For this reason: I would like to begin with a prayer dedicated to you and your family’s:

 

 

“Dear Lord, I pray that I can set aside the differences I have with others to protect my children.

 

I know that there are problems all around the world. Our elected leaders have failed to protect our children since the rise in school shootings that began in 1999, with the tragic events of Columbine, Colorado. I know that WE ALL AGREE that our children are the most precious resource and treasures that we have.

 

 

Our children are the future.

 

Please let us unite and never divide on the most important thing that unites us ALL- Our Children.

 

Let this celebration of prayer honor the ones who have served their families as good shepherds, who fought for our freedoms in the past, and for the ones that still have a beating heart in their chests.

We are still divided as a nation on many levels. Let’s focus on what unites us together.

 

We can ALL make the changes we want together if we agree to focus on the common ground we share.

You want to hear about a way, a dream, a plan, a real-life, accomplishable mission to end violence and create and maintain Heaven on Earth.

We all agree that school shootings and violence affect us all and I ask you, how can we go to work at our normal paying jobs when we know our kids are not safe in school?

 

Please let us remember the tragic events of 9/11: September 11th, 2001.

 

On this date, our nation was attacked by bad people who killed our citizens. The nation united.

 

All flights were immediately canceled so that no more innocent victims could be killed.

 

TSA was developed. Air marshals flew and still fly alongside our citizens to protect them from another tragic event. It worked. We can all safely fly on commercial airliners with no more concerns!

 

Hallelujah! We worked as a team and actually accomplished that mission.

 

Today is the day after Valentine’s Day. Our hearts were once again united with our loved ones on this date that is represented with a heart. Many of us gave flowers as gifts to our loved ones. Let’s not be forced to give flowers to another family whose children can become the victim of another avoidable tragic event in school.

 

Let’s put our hearts in the right place: Our children are not safe in school. This is the most important thing to focus on right now.

 

 

I am declaring as a parent, that: A State of Emergency Exists that we must resolve together immediately to keep another event from happening. We can do this. Let’s work to make it a reality, today.

 

 

I am calling up all members of every community to cast aside ANY discretion that you may have against another to focus on our children’s safety first.

 

Let’s ALL stop what we are doing, and close schools temporarily while we put the required safety measures in place to prevent another attack on any other school student or faculty member.

 

Close schools. Fix the problem. Open schools.

 

One more victim is NOT acceptable.

 

 

FACT: TSA did not risk ANY passengers safety and did not allow them to fly again until all necessary safety measures were adequate for them be able to do so.

 

Fact: TSA works. That problem from 2001 is solved. TSA works.

 

Fact: It is the year 2025. School shootings are happening every day. Our current safety measures continue to fail us for over 25 years now. Another tragic school event is inevitable, anywhere.

 

The plans enacted by state leaders will not be able to stop another event from unfolding. (See link).

 

The plan in place will never work. Too many gaps remain and the roll-out of any new safety initiatives are proving to be slow-going and incomplete. (See link)

 

The leaders are trying to do this without us. I say they should be doing this with us.

 

When a State of Emergency exists in America it is always: Women and children first.

 

Georgia’s elected representatives have chosen to place business commerce ahead of our children’s safety in school.

 

Georgia’s elected leaders are afforded with safety measures that far exceed those of our children at school.

 

THIS IS WRONG ON ITS’ FACE!

 

Let’s contact our elected leaders and let them know they failed, and tell them that we have a more inclusive plan to use our vetted community members to protect our children and will assist the LEO’s in their efforts.

 

Our leaders action plans are too little and too late!

 

They are now choosing to react to something that they should have proactively planned for and eliminated by now, actually since 1999.

 

 

Governor Brian Kemp has closed schools in the state of Georgia this winter season on two occasions.

 

*This is because he wanted to avoid the embarrassment of elected leaders from the problems that occurred during the Polar Vortex Winter Ice Storm of 2014.

 

Georgia and much of the south were completely unprepared to react to the cold weather event.

 

Ice formed on all major highways and interstates causing an immediate emergency to those stuck on the highway with no provisions like, food, water, warm blankets and shelter.

 

Children on school buses were stranded far away from their parents and families all around Atlanta.

 

Community members around the state came to the aid of their neighbors and helped children.

 

Many citizens got on ATV’s and drove to help rescue stranded students and other citizens stuck in their school buses and vehicles that were traffic jammed in front of their houses. People opened up their homes to complete strangers to provide aid, shelter and comfort to the lost victims of the storm.

 

Citizens are ALWAYS the first responders who help our community members when seconds matter most, and police are only minutes away. History proves this.

 

The 2014 Polar Vortex caused over $5 billion dollars in damages. Our concerns for our children’s safety were Pinnacle to the damages to our private property and belongings caused by that event.

 

We worked together, as citizens to do the work that our elected officials could not get accomplished by themselves. We put our differences aside and helped one another for a greater cause: Child safety.

 

Governor Brian Kemp could close Georgia schools temporarily until the problem is fixed.

 

He is allowing school to remain open when any school student could be the next victim.

 

 

I have recently put pressure on my local Paulding County Sheriff to explain to him the failures I see in the response to school shootings and violence in our community.

 

I have a better plan than he and another Cobb County Sheriff are currently working to develop.

 

The elected representatives and leadership are failing to address the problem with the use of our tax dollars, and their plan of attack is incomplete and outdated. Regardless of their recent $50 million dollar budget request, the addition of a few gun sniffing dogs in some Marietta schools, and $4,000 in advancements in security camera Ai additions to some of the best existing systems in Cobb County still continue to fail us all.

 

Currently, a heavier response is being made to protect my eldest son in the Cobb County school system than what is being done for my other two sons and wife on the 3 separate school campuses they attend in Paulding County.

 

As American mothers and fathers, we all have problems with this same issue with our kids' attending schools. Another event is inevitable- it's like we are playing a game of Russian Roulette with our kids.

 

Because of this, I am declaring as a civilian, that a National State of Emergency Exists, and I am calling up all members of every community to cast aside ANY discretion you may have against one another.

 

I will use straight forward language here, because this is no joking matter. You will see links and tabs provided to allow me to find common ground with you. I have planted many Easter Eggs and want this to be a fun experience for us to finally learn from one another without prejudice. I will of course want to find humor in what we find funny, however, right now I want to focus like a laser beam and put an initiative in front of you, so you can make the differences with me to make the world a greater place.

 

Our law enforcement officers are doing the best they can with what they have to work with.

Our freedoms are in jeopardy. Covid has split our country and world apart. School shootings are out of control. Crimes against American citizens and good people around the world are at record levels.

 

I have a plan to unite community members for a cause that cannot be accomplished by relying on ONLY our law enforcement service members

I have a simple plan for this to become a reality.

 

Let us please understand together the Who, What, Where, When, Why, and How of this message.

 

I am hearing the cries of our children for help- for us to HELP THEM NOW to better protect them in school.

 

I have a plan for a new code of EMERGENCY SCHOOL SAFETY MEASURES- "E.S.S.M.S.", that I am pushing for legislation on, so that kids on buses and trains have the same protections from harm as the kids being transported to school by parents or other caregiver's driving them. Special, yellow-colored symbolic flags will be utilized to make all others on the highway aware of vehicles transporting children.

 

Finally, moms, dads, and caregivers traveling on the road with children will have the same protections as the school bus drivers have to guarantee a safer travel experience.

 

 

We currently do this same type of thing for funeral processions to signify that all other traffic is to yield to a recently deceased person and their significant others to pay respect for them, and to cause no delay while they are being transported to be laid to rest. Police escorts at the front and rear of the procession assist in the convoy.

 

 

Our children are alive and deserve the same respect as the deceased.

 

Police and other vetted escorts ensure the safe transportation of children.

 

 

I have a plan to assist families and caregivers in making it safer and more efficient to take their kids and get their kids to school safely. (See link)

 

I am asking that School Bus Marshals be utilized to protect kids on school buses from violence.

 

I am asking for a new change to allow school traffic to be safer. Fly the yellow flag and let’s use our flashers to indicate that we are transporting children. Yellow colored, “Children traveling to and from school flag" can be added to our cars to signify this safety measure. Just like the flags we add on our windows to celebrate our favorite college football teams, but these flags indicate to all other drivers that No one is permitted to disturb your travel with road rage.

 

Drivers with the yellow flags ride together in convoys for safety purposes, and all other traffic yields to them as if it was a school bus convoy. School Safety Travel is the best way to ensure that our kids get to school on time and with no hassles for moms, dads, children and caregivers. I am asking for our citizens to visit their local Sheriff’s offices, and apply to be a custodian to assist with children’s school safety. I recently learned that it takes 24 hours and $10 for each background check to be performed on anyone who wants to be able to help as a custodian. Please make the decision to help you community as a volunteer. Once you have been vetted, we can work as a group of safe immediate responders and supporters to assist the local law enforcement in their jobs.

 

We can do more to make it easier on parents and children. When driving during specific hours, certain roads and lanes of highways can be prioritizing school traffic first. This way, a garbage truck cannot slow down school traffic, just because they were not thoughtful enough to choose a time that does not affect our children. Similar to Georgia Highway H.O.V. Lanes.

 

No business, or any other service can interfere in the transportation of a child when they are traveling on school related business. My plan guarantees the best solution to many of the problems we face in other areas of public safety. I am focusing on the CHILDREN FIRST.

 

 

Let’s make sure they are safe at all school related events.

Dear Lord, God in heaven who looks down on us all no matter our appearance with the same respect, I want to protect your children and I need the power of the world to muster the strength for the battle I lay before myself.

HELP! OUR CHILDREN ARE NOT SAFE ATTENDING SCHOOLS!

 

 

Students and faculty are not as safe to learn and teach, even though our public servants are better protected. Bad guys go after judges, lawyers, and even evil corporate executives. A whole other section of criminal bad guys commits abuses against children, women and the innocent members of society.

 

Our children are taken to school in yellow school buses. School buses are yellow for Safety Reasons. Yellow designates safety. School buses have their own set of laws designed to protect children from being hurt during their transportation.

 

 

For our elected and appointed officials-

 

It is SAFETY FOR Thee, NOT FOR We! The airports and courthouses are not painted yellow, so what gives?

 

Children are our MOST PRIZED POSSESSION. Our youth are the future business leaders of America.

This is OPERATION GOLDEN HALO-

 

This plan utilizes the Infinite Circle of Protection, that physically encircles all schools with loved ones and members of the communities, guaranteeing that no bad guys get in, no bad guys get out! A show of force is immediately presented on each campus. A group of volunteer citizens encircle the schools to keep a look out for evil-doers who enter school property. There is no better security system in the world than a human sentry guard. During WWII, many citizens joined forces to use binoculars to look out for enemy spies and possible aerial attacks from our enemies. Simple scenarios like this can be immediately implemented for our volunteers to be look-outs.

 

Our children deserve more. Would-be attackers planning the next tragic event are now thwarted by being outnumbered by us. A show of force, and the understanding that the students’ parents and community members will be in classrooms alongside our children and will be encircling the entire school campus, and will be riding along with our students on buses, and trains (in larger metropolitan cities) will finally be able to go to school and get home safely. Imagine a Snow globe with your children's school inside. (See link).

 

 

Now imagine your child's Snow globe resting safely on a table. It is balanced. It is level and safely at rest. If you look hard enough inside with me, you will see the wheels on the bus go round and round as it approaches. Children are playing with each other BEFORE school begins. Celebrating life together, spending time outdoors together, and most importantly of all- playing and learning how to be a fair sport- TOGETHER. Students joyfully challenging one another in fun sport and physical games to see who out of the entire school can have more fun than the other kid- even before Home Room even begins. It is snowing lightly. All is well. Shh! Do you hear it. THE SCHOOL BELL IS RINGING! Time for classes to begin. The children put their toys and fun equipment into their lockers in the FUN ROOM, where all of the extracurricular gear that they use at school is stored and ready to pull out when the next snow event occurs.

 

 

Now, zoom out of the close-up and see that the Snow globe is shining. A Golden Halo surrounds the outside. The school is blessed by being protected by angels here on Earth. Golden Halo volunteer members are just like the Guardian Angels In New York city who volunteered and aided the community to assist in their public safety. Operation Golden Halo volunteer members are the most dedicated group of people ever brought together for the most important mission of our existence. The common goal of all- guaranteeing that nothing will shake the foundation or be able to get to our children to distract them from the joy of learning and playing with their friends at school.

 

A 360-degree circle of people gracefully standing guard around the table. You see why the Snow globe is so peaceful now. You see mothers, sisters, grandmothers and grandfathers, aunts, uncles, brothers and sisters. You see our most powerful military veterans, off-duty firefighters, off-duty cops, and other loved ones that you and your children recognize and know to be peaceful members of your community. It is hard to see them all. The Snow globe is shining brighter and brighter- buy YOU WILL NOT LOOK AWAY. You Have Finally Seen the Light! A warm glow is felt to be rising. A heat like never felt before warms us and completes 1 task at hand. We are satisfied. Now, we can go back to work. The kids will be home for dinner after they are done playing after school with their friends. We all play 3 times a day from now on. We split volunteer shifts. It was time well spent. The circle is now complete. Peace on Earth, in the United States of America, in schools around the nation. That is no dream. It is the reality now. Be a part of history. OPERATION GOLDEN HALO

 

This is an immediate emergency school shooting safety response that will not permit one more fatality. In public safety, the golden rule in business is SAFETY FIRST. This applies to all segments of life for all businesses, and the same goes for schools.

 

Georgia school students and faculty members have lower safety standards than our elected political leaders.

 

The professionals working in the legal Industry are safer than our children at school.

 

Unfortunately, history proves that the current safety situation is not working. Each new school shooting is treated as if it is "first time the tragic event" that has happened.

 

Ever since the events of Columbine, CO, in 1999, Not ONE decisive program has ever been put together to put "THE SAFETY OF OUR CHILDREN FIRST".

 

This operation does this immediately, at no cost to the community, as it is a community backed.

 

 

Golden Halo and the Honey Badgers are security agents of the public to assist President trump in protecting the children in our communities locally until a system is in every school nationally, guaranteeing that no harm can come to them by outside attackers.

 

 

Here is how it works:

 

Local civilians request to be volunteers to protect our children. They are vetted and deputized by law enforcement to quickly be able to assemble as safety support members and they deploy with other members of the community alongside local members of National Guard Reservists and law enforcement officers.

 

 

They meet onsite every day on our school campuses for an effective show of force and they encircle the entire school campuses to effectively provide a ring of protection that cannot be entered. Literally, no one can get onto the property. Ever seen a person try to get over the fence and onto the White house lawn? It has happened. They don't make it very far. A system is in place guaranteeing the President's safety. Our children deserve the same safety measures.

 

 

Fact: The U.S. Marines used the same tactic to surround and secure the Afghanistan airport immediately after the attack on the USA on September 11th.

 

 

My brother, Thomas Nezbeda, was one of the first 100 Marines that took over the Afghanistan airport and maintained control of it so that U.S. cargo planes could begin immediate air drops of reinforcement troops and equipment to stage the beginning of the war there.

 

 

The 100 Marines did not shower for 40 days straight. They were too busy guarding their positions to even be able to do so. There were no facilities even available for them to shower.

 

 

This is what the Marine do. They work together in small, specialized teams, perfecting their skills. They do not quit on one another. They accomplish their missions effectively.

 

Let's emulate the Marines and the other fine military service members who protect themselves and us from tyranny around the nation and the world.

 

When the Marines of The Big Red One took over and surrounded the Afghanistan airport, no enemy force was able to make a penetration of their guard. Here is how they did it- they encircled the airport.

 

Imagine a circle. That signifies the Afghanistan airport. Now, imagine that circle surrounded by 100 men with their feet positioned pointing toward the center of the circle, with their rifle barrels facing away from the circle.

 

The Marines positioned themselves side by side, overlapping one another's field of views to guarantee that no enemy could infiltrate from any angle to attack the airport without their knowledge.

 

This is the Golden Halo works. It is a physical barrier made up of live human guards.

 

 

Every day, we will have enough security people on school grounds to be able to thwart a possible October 7th style attack like what Israel recently experienced. If you have not seen the movie Red Dawn (1984), you should. An attack just like what happened in the October 7th attack, happened fictitiously to a high school in the movie Red Dawn.

 

 

I am not a conspiracy theorist. There are many similarities between the Red Dawn attack waged against the high school in that movie by a group of terrorists, and the October 7th attack on Israel.

 

 

October 7th was Israel's equivalent to America's September 11th. The terrorists attacked them with aerial assaults and ground assaults. A well-prepared plan was in place by the terrorists, and it was orchestrated against civilians who were totally taken advantage of. Innocent women, children and men were attacked when they were unarmed and least expecting it.

 

What do I need to do to prove to you that an attack like this on a school is a very possible reality that can be waged on our children at any school in the USA right now? No security camera, no gun sniffing dog, and no small force of people securing our kids currently can win a battle against a group like the terrorists on October 7th.

 

Are you willing to allow something like that to become a reality on a school campus?

My plan allows for interaction between the security guards and the students. Our students will feel safe with plenty of people around the school guaranteeing them safety at school. Everyday, students can meet with service member of our communities that are protecting them. Students will look up to our volunteer custodian guardians. This will also be a good head start for future recruitment of our next guardians of humanity! Our children are our future. Let's put aside our differences and work together for the greater good, the safety and well-being of every child- our most prized treasures.

 

 

When Democratic Vice-Presidential hopeful, Mr. Walz debated Vice President, J.D. Vance, regarding school safety needing improvement, Walz asked Vance the question, "what do you want to do, make our schools look like forts?"

 

 

The answer is- YES, if that's what it takes. I will paint the school purple if that would help. But it won't.

 

Does the White House look like a fort?

 

Does Hartsfield International Airport look like a fort?

 

Do our courthouses look like a fort?

 

Proper security systems can be discrete and can be added relatively quickly. Until then, a show of force and a guaranteed plan will keep school in session.

The truth is that ever since the two back-to-back events at Apalachee Highschool in Winder, Georgia, there has been another student who took her own life at a school in Mableton, Georgia.

 

 

On Thursday of this week, a gun was taken from a student at my son's school. It could have been used there in a possible attack.

 

A few weeks before that a knife was taken from a student at my other son's school. The school did not even notify us of this event. Our son did.

 

 

So, are we to rely on schools notifying us of these events, or are we to hope that our children tell us what happened at school today regarding your safety?

 

 

Georgia's political leaders have failed to do the job of protecting our children at school.

 

 

They are all fired in my opinion.

 

Let's work around their incompetence and keep our kids safe.
